Refunds & Delivery

How delivery works

Your report is a PDF, built for your name and birthdate the moment your payment clears. It is not hand-written; a fixed formula does the arithmetic and the writing is mine. Delivery is automatic.

When the report is ready (typically within a few minutes of your order), you receive an email with a download link. The same link appears on the confirmation page while you wait. If you close that tab, the link in your email still works.

There is no physical product and nothing shipped. Your download is available as many times as you need it.

When you are entitled to a refund

You get your money back in full, within 30 days of your order, if any of the following is true:

• The report was never delivered and the download link in your confirmation email does not work.
• The report was generated with the wrong numbers due to a system error, not an input error on your end.
• The report does not match what this site describes: it is missing sections, contains blank pages, or is otherwise incomplete.

This is a delivery guarantee, not a satisfaction guarantee. If the report arrived, opened correctly, and contains what the site describes, that is a fulfilled order.

What is not covered

• You entered the wrong name or birthdate. If you contact me within 30 days I will regenerate the report for the correct details.
• The content did not resonate with you.
• You changed your mind after purchasing.

How to request a refund or correction

Email hello@delphinawoods.com with the name and email address you used at checkout. Describe the problem. I will respond within two business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your card statement shows the charge as HENTOPAN FULL REPORT.
